The Farmington River Coordinating Committee is integral to implementation of the Management Plan. The Committee is comprised of representatives from the five river fronting towns, state of Connecticut, MDC, NPS, FRWA, and FRAA. Monthly meetings are typically held at the Committee's office in Squire's Tavern; just across the road from Peoples State Forest in Pleasant Valley.
